The Tulsa Koi Society began 2008 with new officers. It is always challenging for a small group to fill its leadership positions so we are particularly happy to have Ken Knapp as our President this year. We are also happy to now have Cathy McCants as the Treasurer and Richard Young is again the club Secretary. I am sure I speak for everyone in saying that we really appreciate their willingness to take on these commitments.
We begin 2008 with our first public raffel. (Click on the poster Icon to see a better image of the Sakai Sanke that is object of the raffel.) Koi Country has provided a wonderful Sakai Jumbo Tosai Sanke which anyone would be pleased to have in their pond. The raffel drawing will be held on April 12th at the 2008 SPRINGFEST GARDEN MARKET held at the Tulsa Garden Center. Tickets will be sold till then.
